Shopping in Paris for Christmas

For Christmas, Cerise asked me a new design for its cover.

After having a yellow front cover, my client wanted a cover in red, that evoked the facade of a famous Parisian department store!...

I drew a young Parisian woman who was doing her Christmas shopping with a Cerise magazine in her bag, when she meets a man who is also reading a Cerise magazine, and exchanged an amused glance with him.

All in a reddish atmosphere, with bursts of Christmas colours such as green and gold.
